I am very thankful to my trauma therapist for getting me through some of the hardest times of my life. She is also the one who inspired me to go after my dream of helping others. Once I learned the power and possibility behind the mind-body connection, I immediately began studying and experiencing traditional and non-traditional therapeutic methods. I wanted to find the most supportive and direct path to healing and achieving holistic health goals. My approach combines traditional therapeutic methods (such as nervous system regulation and subconscious programing) and Neuro Linguistics Programing strategies with my intuitive gifts. I love to add Reiki as well for physical and emotional pain release and the healing of illnesses.

About

This meditation-like practice allows you to detach from emotions, gain perspective, and develop personal and interpersonal skills. I utilize my training and my experience to provide holistic care to your emotional and physical pain you carry. I also believe in teaching a man to fish analogy so I will teach your developed strategies for hacking your brain and accomplishing any goal you dream of. his is all a spoken, conversation-like practice where you will have your eyes closed for the majority of the session and either sitting or laying in a comfortable and supported position. During the in person visits where I invite in the use of Reiki, I will place my hands near the affected area. I allow my gifts and your feedback to guide the healing I provide

I was fortunate enough to be born with gifts that allow me to connect to skills like telepathic communication and the spirit world. While I will be sensitive to your comfort level with this, it is only used in love and to give you healing from the past and perspective and support for the future, especially as change is hard and the uncertain is scary. I may use crystals, a pendulum, cards, and scents for support. I may also suggest some energetic clearing work or seemingly unconventional homework should I be called.

What to Expect

Book as you need, I will make a treatment plan suggestion but this is about your pace and your comfort to we will work with what is most supportive for you and adjust as needed.

Virtual Session: 60-75 min virtual one-to-one Somatic Practicing Session

In person: 75-90 min in person one-to-one Somatic Practicing Session

Treatments: Lingering emotional triggers and physical pain or discomfort, seeking answers and guidance, voice and throat chakra concerns

Techniques

  • Grounding

    Utilizing modalities such as breath work, visualization, and safety statements, you safely arrive in your body. This is a tool to aid in positive, calm mood and lay the foundation for the deep work to be welcomed onto.

  • The Felt Sense

    This is a concept coined by Eugene Gendlin where we trace a bodily sensation attached to a disturbing memory while staying grounded in the present moment. This allows for a fresh pair of eyes on an old situation. It allows for enough detachment from the emotion that this wounding can be healed.

  • Expression

    We allow the body to lead in this technique as well. We trust the wounded part of us has the awareness to know how it wants to be expressed. We simply hold a sacred safe space for healthy expression of any and all emotions and tend to any physical expressions.

  • Repattern

    In this final stage and technique, we uncover what new beliefs, patterns, and levels of conscious are now available. From this comes new possibilities and together, we will support healthy exploration of self, both with yourself and with others during this integration phase.
