Leadership Training Program
Throughout my time in corporate, I learned that no matter how much you give, produce, solve, or do, there is always another goal to achieve. This is an incredible work ethic it created but it also made us lose connection to our hearts. I have seen it over and over again with management where they rule with the stick, pushing us to keep achieving because they are getting squeezed by the people above them. No one is really happy but also are having a hard time finding an alternative because to change jobs or leave corporate is such a huge risk (or so it seems to your brain). The solution I came up with is my Leadership Training Program called, SuperEmployable™ . I believe in creating balance so that abundance can thrive and this program will teach you balance between learning how to apply your unique strengths to any task and fill in the gaps of your weaknesses so that you become indispensable and unstoppable with an authentically grounded and solution motivated attitude.
What are Intuitive Gifts?
I was fortunate enough to be born with gifts that allow me to connect to skills like telepathic communication and the spirit world. While I will be sensitive to your comfort level with this, it is only used in love and to give you healing from the past and perspective and support for the future, especially as change is hard and the uncertain is scary. I may use crystals, a pendulum, cards, and scents for support. I may also suggest some energetic clearing work or seemingly unconventional homework should I be called. This is usually required when we need to rebalance or create more balance in a certain area.
What is Leadership Training?
It is a unique two-part method used to enhance personal strengths and improve interpersonal skills to charm, disarm, and motivate. This program is greatly customizable so that we pick up right where you need. We will take a deep dive into what shaped you, what drives you, and what demotivates you. You will learn strategies to overcome demotivation with yourself and others to become the strongest asset of any team or SuperEmployable™.

12 weeks of a customized coaching plan where we will dive into a deep understanding go yourself and then how to apply this to your work, team, and goals.
12 one-to-one virtual training sessions with myself and other experts for a tailored approach to yourself, role, and industry
